Pacific Partners Senior Living is a senior housing real estate investment company based in Los Angeles, California.  Pacific Partners Senior Living executes its business plan in supply constrained, urban infill markets with senior properties generally valued between $10 million to $30 million.  By leveraging the principles' relationship and expertise in the industry, Pacific Partners Senior Living implements a strategy acquire quality senior housing assets of below replacement cost and achieve above market return for investors.

Edward Pan, CAIA
Founder & Managing Partner

Mr. Pan is an experienced real estate investor, syndicator, and broker in commercial real estate.  Mr. Pan started his career in commercial real estate in 2010 with Marcus & Millichap and is currently working at Colliers International as First Vice President of Investments.  Since 2010, Mr. Pan has closed over $400 million in commercial real estate transactions across different asset types including multi-family, retails, and senior housing.  Since 2017, Mr. Pan has successfully syndicated and purchased projects valued at over $120 million with approximately $150 million current asset under management.  Mr. Pan has a BA in Finance from California State University, Fullerton.  Mr. Pan is a member of Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) since 2009.

Douglas Brawn
Senior Advisor

Mr. Brawn is the Senior Advisor of Pacific Partners Senior Living and also the owner and founder of Welbrook Senior Living.  Mr. Brawn has entitled, developed, marketed, and managed over 10 million square feet of real estate, specializing in the development and redevelopment of medical office, commercial, and senior housing in the Western United States Mr. Brawn is currently involved in multiple independent living, assisted living, memory care, and transition care facilities in Utah, Nevada, and California.   Mr. Brawn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowdoin College in Maine.

Eric Lao
Co-Managing Partner

Mr. Lao is the co-managing partner of Pacific Partners Senior Living and also the founder and president of Uni First Investment Company.  Mr. Lao began his financial career since 2008 as a mortgage broker and has now grown Uni First Investment Company in average of closing over $500 million in mortgage volume per year.  Mr. Lao is an experienced investor and manages over $100 million dollars in equity across difference asset types including single family homes, multi-family, first trust deed and short-term notes.  Mr. Lao graduated from University of California, Irvine and speaks English, Cantonese as well as Mandarin

David Lin, CFA
Co-Managing Partner

Mr. Lin made his debut in commercial real estate industry in 2014 with Marcus & Millichap before joining Colliers in 2019 as Vice President.   Mr. Lin has closed over $350 million in commercial real estate transactions across different asset types including multi-family, retails, self-storage and senior housing.  Mr. Lin is the owner/partner of Blue Urban Real Estate based in Los Angles which manages multifamily and retail centers.  Mr. Lin is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and has an MBA and a BA in Finance from University of California, Riverside.

Jason Lin
VP Investments

Mr. Lin launched his real estate career in 2009 as a residential real estate broker & investor and began his commercial real estate career with Marcus & Millichap in 2016.  In 2019 Mr. Lin joined Colliers along with Pacific Partners focusing on various product types including multi-family, retail, industrial and senior housing.  Mr. Lin has a BA in Economics from University of California, Irvine.

Alison Chen
VP Operation

Ms. Chen is a licensed real estate agent with over 6 years of experience in both commercial and residential real estate.  Since 2014, Ms. Chen has closed over $50 million in real estate transactions.  Ms. Chen spent 5 years prior in property management before becoming a licensed agent.  Ms. Chen earned a Bachelor of Science from Taipei Medical University in Taiwan.
